Robyn’s is here to assist you with all your jewellery and watch requirements, not just assisting you in selecting the perfect gift, but also aftercare, including repairs, alterations and remakes.

Most onsite repair services, such as watch battery and strap replacements, are while-you-wait dependent on backlog on the day. We also offer simple soldering jobs, replacement clasps onsite, again potentially while you wait, depending on the job list. More complex repairs such as alterations vary per item but should still be completed within 1-2 working days, dependent on part availability.

Both offsite repair workshops are family run businesses with years of experience and have been servicing jeweller’s at the oval for decades. Turn around times will vary. For example, ring resizing from a week, gemstone sourcing (such as diamonds) up to 3 weeks and luxury watch repairs 2-4 weeks with possible exceptions due to part availability.
